BERNESE OBERLAND is one of the most attractive and beautiful regions in Switzerland. The area offers tradition within mountain scenery where impressive and world famous mountains, crystal clear blue lakes and villages with richly decorated chalets can be admired. GSTAAD is the famous village set admist beautiful mountain scenery. The village is brimming with little shops, cafes and restaurants and there are 300 kms of walking trails in the area. Cable cars and public transport are able to bring you to the higher walking paths with ease. INTERLAKEN is a bustling town situated between lake Thun and Brienz, with superb access to most attractions of the Bernese Oberland. GRINDEWALD at the end of the Lutschine valley framed by the permanently snow-capped summits of Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau.

For some of the best views from the Alps, CENTRAL SWITZERLAND is a must. The central region of Switzerland boasts some of the most legendary railways and cable cars in Switzerland, and is one of the most popular regions to visit. LUCERNE is a picturesque historic city on the lakeshore surrounded by picturesque mountain peaks. Lucerne is quintessentially Switzerland - the city, the lake and the mountains! A charming unique town where avent garde architecture and historic monuments stand side by side.  Enjoying an idyllic location in a quiet bay on the shores of Lake Lucerne is WEGGIS, sitting at the sunny south-western base of mount Rigi. Another small town popular with holiday makers near to Mount Rigi is VITZNAU. This area is idyillic, enjoying the mild climate, peace and tranquility, surrounded by flowers and beautiful views.

The home to Switzerland's highest mountains is VALAIS. Here, four- thousand metre peaks and splendid deep valleys give way to crystal clear mountain lakes. In this region you will find VERBIER, renowned for its winter sports but in the summer season equally fantastic for hiking and mountain biking. ZERMATT, with the impressive Matterhorn towering in the background, is one of the best known resorts in Switzerland. Zermatt is encircled by a ring of four - thousand metre peaks, and sits at the foot of Matterhorn, the most photographed mountain in the world.  Another charning village in the Valais is SAAS-FEE. Saas-fee is surrounded by impressive mountain peaks, most notably the Dom which is the highest mountain in Switzerland.

The LAKE GENEVA REGION sees pictuesque villages with sparkling fountains and narrow cobbled streets, nestled amongst colourful vineyards with snow capped alpine peaks as a backdrop.  MONTREUX is a world famous resort located on the shores of Lake Geneva. In july this region boasts the Montreux Jazz Festival. VEVEY and LAUSANNE also enjoy lakeside locations with mild climate and alpine panoramas.
