Experience the flavours of off-the-beaten-track Europe, from authentic Cypriot cookery courses to baking the village bread and olive oil tasting. Typical itinerary, depending on the season:
Day 1: Fly to North Cyprus and transfer to the Lapida hotel, a charming property with just 11 rooms.
Day 2: Half day guided tour of Bellapais Abbey & ancient Kyrenia admiring the historic harbour and castle.
Day 3: Morning at leisure followed by a local cookery lesson in the afternoon.
Day 4: A morning walking tour of Lambousa and its historical sites. In the afternoon learn how to make local desserts and lemonade.
Day 5: A scenic drive into the mountains where you will walk and pick fresh herbs. In the afternoon, pastry and pasta making in the company of a local expert.
Day 6: A full day coastal tour of North Western Cyprus visiting local villages, picnic by the sea, have chance to swim in natural bays.
Day 7: At Leisure.
Day 8: Transfer to the airport for your return flight home or stay additional nights for a longer duration.
