This popular cookery programme is designed for a minimum of two people with a passion for food and allows you to put your skills into practice with the help of a traditional Italian chef over the course of two days. You will cook whatever is seasonally available whilst also having time to relax and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.

Cookery Itinerary
Day 1 Fly to Bari airport and transfer to the Corte Altavilla Hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at Corte Alta Villa.

Day 2 Meet and greet after breakfast and visit a local food market to buy the ingredients for your first cookery class,
which lasts for approximately three hours. Lunch, comprising dishes prepared during the lesson, will follow.
Afternoon at leisure. Dinner: You will have dinner at the exclusive Pasha restaurant, sampling local food prepared for you by the experts. (Drinks are not included for both lunch & dinner.) Please note that Pasha is closed on Tuesdays.

Day 3 Morning at Leisure. Cookery lesson, lasting approximately three hours, in the late afternoon followed by dinner comprising of food cooked during your lesson. (Drinks are not included.)

Day 4 Day at leisure. Transfer to Bari airport in the afternoon or, your stay may be extended if desired.

The price includes the itinerary above plus airport transfers and B&B hotel accommodation in a standard room.  However, this does not include flights, drinks, lunches and other extras.
