The building has been owned by Giuseppe Bregante, director of the Royal Customs Office of Monopoli, who has made this amazing property his home since 1814. It is the same house that has seen giving birth to the poetess of Monopoli, Carolina Bregante. Nowadays designed as an exclusive residence with just 5 beautiful rooms.

The rooms are elegantly restored and decorated with high quality period furniture and fine linens offering a fresh and quality atmosphere.
