The Savoy Ottoman Palace Hotel Deluxe rooms All 111 deluxe rooms and 15 Pasha suites have air-conditioning, high speed internet connection, private en-suite facilities, telephone, Plasma TV, safe, hairdryer & balcony. Some rooms only have small openings (described as French balcony) instead of a full balcony.
