Rooms The Bellapais Gardens offers three room types: Ground Floor Garden Studio with terrace open to the garden near the pool area. First Floor Studio with balcony and coastal view near the pool area. Twin level Cottage (Semi Detached villa on two floors) with terrace, balcony and coastal view. All rooms are tastefully decorated, with air conditioning, telephone, private balcony/terrace, mini-bar, bathrobe and slippers, satellite television and en suite private facilities with shower. The lowest priced category is the Ground Floor Garden Studio and our prices are based on this. There is a supplement for other room types.
