The Masseria San Domenico's borders lie about five hundred metres from the sea on the coast between Bari and Brindisi. It is one of the oldest watch towers in Italy, built in the XV century and used to warn against attacks by invading forces. After careful restoration, sympathetically carried out using the original form and building materials, the tower was converted into a deluxe resort. Ancient silver olive groves give way to beautifully kept gardens and a magnificent, irregularly-shaped pool. Accommodation comprises a choice of 50 atmospheric rooms and suites, each furnished tastefully in a traditional style and with views over lush gardens. Superior Double Room
