I founded The Discovery Collection in October 2003 after working in the travel industry for some 12 years, both in tour operating and airline senior management roles. I wanted to create a travel company that was small, friendly, caring and informative, just the qualities I look for when booking my own holidays. Offering personal service to ensure your complete satisfaction has always been our top priority and five years on, I am very proud of what we have created. The Discovery Collection is a well-established company known for its high quality, excellent value and service. So far, none of our competitors have come close to rivalling us in this respect. Your holiday is very important to us. We will take the utmost care to find the best option for you - with no hard sales tactics - and we will make sure that we follow through on every promise.

We are very excited to be introducing a new addition to our portfolio for 2009, delightful Malta & Gozo, in response to feedback from our regular travellers asking for even greater choice. We hope you will like both islands as much as we do as they represent excellent quality, diversity and value.

Since we work only with a select number of hotels, we benefit from excellent relationships with them all and can be sure, as a result, that our customers will receive an especially warm welcome.

All of our holiday packages include flights, transfers and accommodation with the exception of holidays in Italy. Here, we have excluded transfers from the price, as we have found that clients tend to prefer the flexibility and convenience of hiring a car. At the same time, your host will be on hand to ensure you have access to assistance when necessary and invaluable local information - that all-important Discovery Collection difference!
